• You do void the manufacturer’s warranty by following this guide. Any device that comes with Samsung Knox security does not got that same warranty back ever again. However, those without the Samsung Knox security can unroot the device and return to the stock ROM to fix the warranty.
• Have the USB Debugging Mode enabled by navigating to the Menu > Settings > Developer Options > USB Debugging Mode. Once you tap the box, it will automatically remember your settings so you can just leave the Developer Options.

HOW TO ROOT SAMSUNG GALAXY S3 SPH-L710 ON ANDROID 4.4.2

• Download the CF-Root tool for the Samsung Galaxy S3 from this link.
• Download the latest Odin version from this link.
• Download both of the files above directly to your computer and then shift the files over to the desktop.
• Right-click over the files and select the ‘extract here’ option from the menu.
• Reboot the Samsung Galaxy S3 in download mode (start with it off and reboot by holding the Volume Down + Home + Power buttons).
• Connect the S3 to the computer using the USB cable.
• You know the Samsung USB Drivers are working when you see the ID: COM port light up with a color that’s usually yellow. If you do see the color in the port, you know all problems from this point on are not driver related. If the process fails, try using a different Odin version.
