MySQL Mobile Database Client is an excellent resource to search, browse, and update your MySQL databases. Currently compatible with MySQL versions 3-5, this app allows you to directly connect to an unlimited number of databases. The app shows you all of your database entries in a simple chart and allows you to add, edit, or delete any entry. MySQL Mobile Database Client also features custom query building/executing, as well custom MySQL. The app will allow you to export your raw data for external reports by way of Numbers, Mail, or CSV files. You can even create x-y graphs of your data if needed.
There are many MySQL clients that try to give you everything you need, but MySQL Mobile Database Client is the only one I have used that is successful in doing so. The user interface is not the most aesthetically pleasing, but the app gets the job done, which is rare for this genre. I personally have a website that runs using databases, so when I need to add a post on the go, this takes me all of a minute to do so.
(Note: If you have a database hosted by GoDaddy, you have to “Allow Direct Database Access” for this app to work.)

Does it still the one that you are using?
@fred:
It is indeed. The best one I have seen for the iPhone.
I’d imagine managing a database from a phone would be insanely annoying. Amirite?
@Ashraf:
I don’t mind it… as long as you aren’t writing long posts. Also good if you are in a bind away from a computer.
