This is a special one. Who in the world is unable to setup an iPad? If there’s one thing I like about Apple, it is that the company makes the most difficult things work in a simple way. So if you can’t get an iPad setup… I can understand maybe a senior citizen who was without modern technology for the majority of their life, but this person has a six year old child, so presumably they are young to middle aged. No excuse.
