Before We Begin

You’ll need a micro USB cable handy.

Download the root package to your Windows PC and extract it to a folder called ‘saferoot’ on your desktop.

 You’ll need the LG USB drivers installed on your Windows PC. Download them from this link.
This root method requires USB debugging to be enabled. Accomplish this by going to Settings, then Developer options. Inside developer options, look for USB debugging and check the box next to enable it.
