Okay guys, this is a short one but if you are having troubles with your Windows system crashing, this may be of help to you.

Windows Reliability monitor gives you a way of pinpointing applications that may be causing you gripe.

In order to access the Windows Reliability monitor, open the Start Menu and then select System Security>Action Security. Under Maintenance and more specifically Check for solutions to problem reports, you need to select View reliability history.

You will be presented with a screen like the one below.

This may not actually solve your crashing problems but it will help you pinpoint them.
