I’m on a certain tropical island, and I’ve seen this on several occasions. The last time I was taking a trip to the country side on the back of a motorcycle in the early morning. No sweater nor a helmet, just a glasses to keep the wind from my eyes. We rode through the misty mountains, the rain fell on our way back, and I caught a terrible cold. Moral of the story? When taking long trips, do it in a car.
