HOW TO INSTALL CLOCKWORKMOD RECOVERY ON SAMSUNG GALAXY GRAND PRIME SM-G530H
- Download the CWM Recovery you need from this link.
- Download one of the latest Odin flash tool versions.
- Extract both the recovery and the Odin files to the desktop of your computer. You can easily do that by right-clicking over the files and choosing the “extract here” option from the menu.
- Turn off the Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime smartphone and reboot it in download mode.
- Connect the Samsung Galaxy Grand prime to the computer using the USB cable.
- Click the PDA or the AP button you can see from the Odin user-interface and upload your custom recovery file you extracted on the desktop earlier. Just extract the file once or else you will not be able to use the file.
- Leave the default settings the way they were when you first downloaded and opened the new copy of the Odin application.
Click the big Start button you can see from the Odin apps user-interface and it will start flashing the custom recovery on your Samsung Galaxy Grand Prime.
Wait until you can see the pass message and the device reboots before closing down the Odin app on the computer. Those of you who never see the smartphone reboot will need to do that manually.
