The Xbox One, despite not being out yet, already sounds like it has a lot of hurdles to overcome. Using the system will require an internet authentication check every 24 hours, games can’t be lent to friends and it doesn’t support used games. Sony’s PS4 doesn’t have any of those restrictions — and it’s making sure that everyone knows it.
The “Official PlayStation Used Game Instructional Video” was released during Sony’s E3 conference as CEO Jack Tretton told a cheering audience that their console would not be going the same route as the Xbox One. While that was probably the best thing about the conference, this video might be next:
