The story behind this is the following.

I’m working on a new project that aims to help people purchase shareware (paid) programs at heavily discounted prices (think Windows software being sold at roughly mobile app prices). For this project I needed a specific type of PayPal account. I tried to sign up for that account but was told my SSN (Social Security Number) is in use. I was then told that I can email prosupport@paypal.com for assistance, which I did. The only problem? It turns out prosupport@paypal.com is either not a real email address or it doesn’t accept emails.
