Sister steals money from brother, brother gets epic revenge [Image]

To the knowledgeable, it is fairly easy to find the said files despite them being hidden inside so many folders (e.g. search). Still, you have to admire the ingenuity of the brother.

Maybe Bro knew Sis was not PC savvy and would search folder and sub folders. Maybe Bro has been teaching Sis how to use PC and knows how much knowledge she has. I am going with that because I just really like his revenge!

Renaming will confuse searching, but she can just analyze the folder sizes. He could’ve hidden it better, like not in her computer at all.

Strong encryption is the only surefire way in the end though, unless you’re mean enough to shred the project.

I did something similar once, but in a nice way as a birthday gift.
I wrote a birthday greeting, then put it in a zip file.
Then I put that zip file inside another zip file. And so one for about a dozen iterations. Each level of my “wrapping paper” had a little text message to go with it.

  • [@Seamus McSeamus] Actually just zip them, then place another zip file in every subdirectory, so search wouldn’t work. Anything else becomes mean, though with some siblings it would be justified.

[@Seamus McSeamus] hey, buddy…I knew you were in here somewhere. You have stolen my exact thoughts on the matter. Maybe instead of $25, maybe clean his room or fix him supper – no, not supper. There may be extra ingredients in his supper that night.

Oh wait, hide a good copy somewhere good on a flashdrive, and then destroy every 3rd word or sentence on the PC copy. Better.

If he really wanted to prove a point, he should have zipped it and put a password on it. Then charged his sister $25.00 for the password.
