You need to learn how to root Archos 80 Xenon before you can think about playing with plenty of new applications from the Google Play Store. There are some quality open sources File managers available for free. - Once you have transferred the KingRoot universal One-Click rooting tool on your Archos 80 Xenon, you will see three new apps available from the applications drawer.
- Click the app that says ‘KingRoot’.
- Now that you are in the KingRoot app, click the ‘Try to Root’ button.
- Wait as the KingRoot tool automatically searches it’s cloud-based servers for the best knowledge on how to root your device.
- The rooting method will start working automatcailly now and you’;ll get to watch a green progress bar until it completes.
- Wait until you see the success message on the Archos 80 Xenon’s display before closing the app.
- You must reboot the Archos 80 Xenon device before you are ready to start installing the root-only apps from the Google Play Store.
