UPDATE: This offer has now expired. If you miss out on this offer and would still like to use EASEUS Partition Master on a 64-bit machine, please check out Partition Wizard. Partition Wizard is a very similar software, similar features and functionality, as EASEUS Partition Master except Partition Wizard supports 64-bit users on the free version. Otherwise if you are on a 32-bit machine, EASEUS Partition Master Home Edition should do you well.
I know all dotTechies know about EASEUS Partition Master Home Edition because I wrote a review on. The two drawbacks to EASEUS Partition Master Home Edition are it does not support 64-bit Windows and it lacks the ability to create a boot disk/bootable CD.
The advantage of creating a boot disk is what happens is that EASEUS PM is literally put on the disk. So whenever you put in the CD and reboot your computer you can use EASEUS PM from the disk (your BIOS must support booting from CD; the newer computers will be able to do this automatically but the older computers may need their settings changed in the BIOS) without ever booting into Windows. The advantage of this feature is if you are unable to boot into your Windows for any reason, you can still manage your partitions; for example you could resize your defunct Windows partition to make room for a different OS. The advantage of supporting 64-bit is, well, you will actually be able to use the program if you run 64-bit OS!
If you would like to create a boot disk and/or use EASEUS Partition Master on 64-bit, you need to purchase the EASEUS Partition Master Pro ($39.95). However for a limited time, until September 1, 2009 12:01 AM PST (Pacific Standard Time), you can grab EASEUS Partition Master Pro for free from TechSupportAlert.com.
To learn more about EASEUS Partition Master please read my review on the Home Edition since the features are the exact same (just keep in mind the Pro version will support 64-bit and allow you to create a boot disk).
To get it just visit this link and download it. There is no need to register the software after you download it; you need to only install it.
