    Hello Ashraf,

    Sorry to bother you with a simple problem (I think!) but I really do not know where to find the appropriate topic for it. I am subscribed to your newsletter for a few years with my work email.
    Since September 12, 2015 I did not receive any newsletter from dotTech. More, when I tried to access the topics from the last newsletter, I got the message that “This Connection is Untrusted” and afterwards, I got the error message ” Not Found / The requested URL /403.shtml was not found on this server a.s.o”.
    When I tried to subscribe again using the same email address (which is an official email address) I got the message :”This email address is blacklisted!”
    How can this be possible considering that I have been using this email address for your newsletter for many years and nothing was wrong until now.

    I very much appreciate the information you provide for all of us and I hope that I shall continue to receive it.
    Looking forward for your kind help, I am ready to provide you more information on my personal email.

    The ratio of 1 actual computer hardware/software problem to 24 problems that occur between the keyboard and chair sounds about right in my experience.
