Booking.com is an all-in-one tool for booking online hotel reservations. The app currently has over 243,000 hotels featured in 176 countries across the globe, with absolutely zero booking fees. Booking.com also claims to have nearly 17 million individual guest reviews and over 3 million hotel photos to ensure that you are making an informed decision when booking your hotel room.
The opening screen of the app is the search utility for finding your preferred hotel. Enter the destination, check-in dates, number of nights, and number of guests and you are on your way. You have the choice of seeing a list of search results or a map of them, in case you want to be very clear on the location of each. You have the option of sorting your hotel searches by popularity, distance, rating, deal possibilities, price, and name. Booking.com also provides an array of useful filters (i.e. price range, Wi-Fi, pets, etc.) that make finding your ideal hotel even easier.
I have seen several traveling apps before, but I must say that the developers of Booking.com went above and beyond when creating this app. The attention to detail is exquisite as the search results show several photos, the rating, a description, a list of all facilities, and check-in policies. The app even has a complete list of room types at each hotel, including their prices, availability, and a detailed description.
If you travel frequently, I could recommend giving Booking.com a try. You have the ability to make your own account so that all your information is saved for the next booking.
