Some gamers like to choose sides for some reason — Nintendo, Sony or Microsoft. They’ll mostly stick with their console of choice and then unreasonably trash the others’ games online. But with the Ultimate Combo System, they won’t have to choose sides any longer!
The Ultimate Combo System is a DIY project built by Ben Heck, a guy who’s already known for the crazy hacks he’s put together. But the UCS might be the craziest one yet: he’s managed to cram a PlayStation 3, an Xbox 360 and the more recent Wii U all into one working box. And no, it’s not simply just a box with the 3 consoles inside it. This guy took all the systems apart to make it all fit, and even had to reconfigure some of the components and cables for it to work properly.

Unfortunately for you wanting gamers out there, the UCS isn’t an actual product for sale. But they are giving it away in a contest at Element 14 so if you really want it, you can try your hand at that. Or, you can watch all the videos he’s posted about the process and build one yourself!
If you do, please do us all a favor and try not to make it a little cooler-looking than Ben’s. Please.
