People are humans. Humans make mistakes. Companies are not human, but they are comprised of humans who, as you know, make mistakes. (Unless you live in Japan in which case there may be more robots at your company than humans.) When Apple, Microsoft, Google, Facebook, Oracle, and RIM make mistakes, how do you think they apologize?
