For Google’s latest Chrome Experience, the company has teamed up with Warner Bros. to promote this month’s release of The Desolation of Smaug. The new Chrome Experience features a beautiful map of Middle Earth, but it gets better — specific locations can be clicked on to explore.

Right now Rivendell, Trollshaws, Dol Guldur are accessible, with more locations that have yet to be unlocked. The locations feature information, music, games and bonus content.

It’s definitely a must for any LOTR fan to check out, but I have to say, I’m a little disappointed it isn’t Middle Earth mapped out in Google Maps. Get on that, Google.
