We’ve already talked plenty about iOS 7 in detail before, and now it’s officially here. The latest update to Apple’s mobile operating system features a top-to-bottom redesign of the interface featuring a cleaner, simpler and flatter look — including controversial icon designs. It’s also bringing with it new features such as Control Center for quick access to system toggles, a redesigned notification center and a more detailed multitasking view featuring thumbnail previews of apps. iOS 7 also includes the launch of iTunes Radio, Apple’s answer to streaming music services like Pandora and Spotify.
iOS 7 is available for download right now on iTunes, or straight from your device via the Settings app. Compatible devices include the iPhone 4 and later, iPad 2 and later, iPad mini and fifth-generation iPod touch.
